Management Ross Weitzel provides overall management of the company's operations. Weitzel's Construction Electrical Division is managed by Chris Brightman, the Mechanical Division is managed by Rob Caldwell, and the Carpentry Division is managed by Irvin Perry.   Work Force Our office personnel consists of 6 permanent staff, while our labour force made up of 15 full time employees, at the peak of the construction season we employ up to 50 people.
